Sequris is looking for talented people that can help grow our business. The Inside Account Manager is a telesales role that incorporates three key objectives: existing account maintenance and renewals, existing account growth, and new account prospecting.  The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a successful and winning style that with consistent overachievement. 

Leadership: Inside Account Manager will report to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Work Schedule: Normal business hours 8am – 5pm M-F in our Royal Oak office; available after hours as needed.

 

Requirements:

• Maintain a CompTIA Security+ or SANS GISF certification (or equivalent) or attain certification in the first 90 days of employment.
• 1-2 years of direct selling experience with telesales experience preferred
• Understand and execute a consultative style of selling
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with existing clients to renew contracts for products and services
• Work with existing clients to add additional service and product offerings
• Identify potential clients from information sources
• Executing campaigning via cold calling and other methods
• Prospecting to include contacting businesses by phone/email to introduce Sequris services and products and validating prospect information in CRM tool
• Follow up and documentation of client interaction after initial sales contact
• Answer requests from potential clients that have been solicited through advertisements
• Maintain familiarity with entire SEQ|OPS security platform
• Understand Sequris core technologies, partner technologies and processes for execution

 

Experience and Education Requirements:

 

• College degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related area
• Positive and proactive personality
• High energy level that enjoys working a lot of activity at the same time
• Demonstrate history with cold calling
• Technical sales is a plus
